An urban intervention sited in Flaminio, Northern Rome.
A dug-down slice on the site of Flaminio’s Piazza Mancini connects several major urban axes and reconnects the public to the Tiber waterfront, activating the area along the river as well as bringing vibrance and foot traffic to the areas above. The groove contains housing, commercial zones, a theater, and a library.
